SENse Support Hub
We deliver special education provision within our bespoke SENse HUB, in Newton Aycliffe.
The Hub is an alternative provision to education, offering up to 15 hours education per week for 12 students (maximum class sizes of 6). We run sessions for primary and secondary age students. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, home-like environment, offering a bridge between the home and school. Our facility boasts versatile and nurturing learning spaces, including a fully-equipped studio and sensory room, to foster recovery, exploration and curiosity. All students follow a bespoke curriculum.
At The Hub, we empower the exceptional so that they can thrive in a safe, nurturing space. We do this through:

Small group ratios and 1:1/2:1 where necessary (maximum of 6 students on 1:3 staff ratio)

Our Setting
Outreach Provision
Our Outreach service provides personalised, relationship-based education for children and young people who are unable to access a conventional school environment. Delivered by experienced, qualified specialist teachers on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis, sessions can take place at home, in the community or in another agreed setting where the learner feels safe and able to engage. Working across the North East and Yorkshire, we support families, schools—including specialist settings—and local authorities to meet a wide range of complex needs. We can also work in partnership with social care, CAMHS and other professionals to deliver coordinated, individualised packages of support. Our neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach keeps the child or young person at the centre of every decision, creating supportive pathways towards meaningful learning, increased confidence and positive future outcomes.
